Kaylee Saying Her Bedtime Prayers

This is the prayer my grandma said with me when I was little. She spent the night a couple weeks back and heard Kaylee say it. Grandma didn't know I had remembered it and taught it to Kaylee; she was so happy she started crying. Such a sweet moment... I wish I could bottle it up and save it forever.

So very sweet. I know that Grandma was so proud. You have a beautiful little girl. I think I need to video Lil Keith saying his nightly prayers. Thank you for sharing this special moment with us!

That's an awesome thing to pass down! You're daughter is a doll too :-)

I just wanted to stop by. I’m from the Planet Weidknecht Weekend Hop! I would love if you’d stop by too: http://justjennifer.net – I’m on my own domain now, and am waiting for my designer to finish up… so it’s a little bare, but would still love to see you there :-)

Soooooo cute!! I love it. It's so sweet when we accidentally surprise our parents with things from our own childhoods are passed on to our children. <3

So sweet! I bet that just made grandma's heart soar!

You may not be able to bottle it up, but at least you got it on video so you can watch and cherish it forever :) Isn't technology wonderful?

This is so generous Camille. Passing something like this (a prayer) to your child is like giving her a treasure. I let my kids watch the video because they love saying their bedtime prayers too.
