Current weight: 220 pounds.
Weight goal: 150 pounds.
Eating habits this week: Good. I'm not dieting while breastfeeding, just trying to eat healthy food. :)
Exercise habits this week: Still resting and recovering from the birth.
I decided to start this as a weekly post on Sundays (it's up a day late just because I had a busy day today). I'm hoping posting weekly will help me stay motivated to get back in shape and lose all this baby weight! Everyone is welcome to link up any health and fitness related posts...
