Weight loss this week: 0 again. I guess I'm not going to lose anymore until I start exercising. :(
Total weight loss: 21.
Current weight: 219.
Weight goal: 150 pounds.

I know how you feel, I didn't lose any weight this week either. Diets suck! Hope you get a better number this coming week! I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau at the moment.
