Week: 13.
Weight loss this week: ANOTHER 0. :(
Total weight loss: 30.
Current weight: 210.
Eating habits this week: Pretty good but I still can't stop my addiction to sweets.
Exercise habits this week: I haven't actually started working out but I have been walking a lot. I guess I need to really get with it next week if I want to lose anymore weight.

You didn't gain and you have lost a good amount already. That's a win in my book.

I am addicted to sugar. I have to completely avoid it.

Walking is really good. I'm going to incorporate that more this year. I can't run every day, because it hurts my joints, but if I add walking in between, I'll exercise more.

I don't have any related posts to link to, but I'm so glad I stumbled upon your page!! I too am on my own weight loss challenge, and it's great to see others struggles, triumphs, etc, to help you realize you're not alone!!!

I'm on a low carb plan, and to date I'm down 36lbs.

Walking is a great workout, and with 2 active kids, you can be sure it's only a matter of time before you will lose the weight :)
30 pounds is great and at least you didn't gain any!
Well done on your loss so far. You're doing brilliantly.

Sometimes staying the same is better than a loss. It motivates you to get your but into gear but means you haven't actually put the weight on. Which can only be a good thing, right?
