Weight loss this week: 1 pound.
Total weight loss: 39.
Current weight: 201.
Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: I was depressed and ate constantly this week. I have no idea why I didn't GAIN weight.
Exercise habits this week: I didn't exercise but I did go for a nature walk (while wearing the baby!) so I guess the week wasn't a complete fail.
