Weekly Weigh-in #21

Week: 21.
Weight loss this week: 1 pound gain. :(
Total weight loss: 38.
Current weight: 202.
Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: I ate a lot of sweets. I really need to stop doing that lol.
Exercise habits this week: I've been walking, which is better than nothing, but I still need to get in the habit of actually working out regularly.

I have to apologize, it has been a bit crazy here recently and I started reading most of my blogs through BlogLovin (just so much easier for me) and thought I was following you over there. I am now and so happy to be. Love you and hope you are having a great weekend Camille :)

Ugh ... I know how you feel. I was not good this past weekend. Birthday parties and lots of cake!

Well, we can get back on track again! That's the great thing about this process :)
