Weight loss this week: 1 pound gain. :(
Total weight loss: 38.
Current weight: 202.
Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: I ate a lot of sweets. I really need to stop doing that lol.
Exercise habits this week: I've been walking, which is better than nothing, but I still need to get in the habit of actually working out regularly.
