Weekly Weigh-in #22
Weight loss this week: 1 pound gain, again! Grr.
Total weight loss: 37.
Current weight: 203.
Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: I actually thought I did better this week. I didn't overeat or binge on sweets at all. I know I gained a pound, but I'm still proud of myself for eating better lately.
Exercise habits this week: I was so busy with Kaylee's dentist appointment, then my dentist appointment, then us all having colds, that I didn't exercise at all. That is probably why I gained the pound. Oh well, there's always next week to do better!

I just wanted to say, I've been doing this fitness challenge for the past 18 weeks, with Lanaya from Raising Reagan. She and the other ladies in the challenge have been a huge motivation for me. I never realized how important support was in weight loss. But I think it's no coincidence that I've lost nearly 40 pounds in the past 5 months! I just want to say thanks so much to Lanaya and everyone in the Slim by Summer group!!! Let's keep up the good work everyone, even though the challenge is over. I plan on continuing to post this weekly update and blog hop, just to hold myself accountable. :)
