Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: I've been doing great except at bedtime, I tend to binge a little.
Exercise habits this week: I've been pretty lazy this week. I feel like I'm so busy with the kids and the house and the errands and the dogs that I shouldn't have to exercise too. But I need to get it through my head that working out isn't a punishment, it's actually a reward! I mean what do I want more, a half an hour to be lazy each day, or to look better and feel healthier??
