Weekly Weigh-in #23

Week: 23.
Weight loss this week: None.
Total weight loss: 37.
Current weight: 203.
Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: I've been doing great except at bedtime, I tend to binge a little.
Exercise habits this week: I've been pretty lazy this week. I feel like I'm so busy with the kids and the house and the errands and the dogs that I shouldn't have to exercise too. But I need to get it through my head that working out isn't a punishment, it's actually a reward! I mean what do I want more, a half an hour to be lazy each day, or to look better and feel healthier??

Oh trust me I have those moments. But am so happy the weather has gotten nicer here the last few days, because we go for walks after dinner with the kids in their wagon around the neighborhood. So I if I miss getting in the stationary bike during the day, I get my exercise still in walking. But trust me before this I did have my days like a said and just know you aren;t alone and just be proud of all you have accomplished so far!! :)

I hear you about the nighttime thing. My husband went and got me a freaking blizzard from Dairy Queen tonight! Boo :(

That's awesome. I lost a ton of weight by doing zumba. I swear by it....I still go to class 5 or 6 times a week because keeping the weight off has proven to be just as much work as losing it in the first place. Keep up the good work :)

Night time is when I want to snack too. :/

Luckily, I like to exercise most days...I do run into time trouble though if I don't do it right away in the morning.
I'm so glad you're still losing! You'll get there and so will I. Mine isn't baby weight this time, but prednisone weight - which may be just a stubborn. Here's to us both not eating too much at night!

Eh. We have good weeks and bad weeks. I gained 80 lbs when I had my daughter....took me 5 years to go on a diet, then 18 months to lose 60. I aimed for a pound a week. This week for me was a bad one. I need to get back on track...I've stayed the same weight for about 2 years now. The last 20 might just stay lol

I think it's ok to be lazy every now and again. You don't want to burn yourself out then give up completely, right?
