Weekly Weigh-in #24

Week: 24.
Weight loss this week: None. Looked like I almost lost half a pound but since I don't have a digital scale I can't be sure.
Total weight loss: 37.
Current weight: 203.
Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: Good, for the most part. I just don't buy snack foods and processed foods, so they're not around to tempt me. :) I still tend to eat too much at night, but I've been getting better about that.
Exercise habits this week: Horrible. It's a lot because my mouth and ear hurt. I thought they took care of the problem tooth at my dentist appointment last week, but I guess not. They're supposedly finishing up the rest of what I need done next week so hopefully things will be better after that. Might need to go to the regular doctor for my ear too, I'm not sure if the ear pain is related to the dental issues or not... I really need to stop making excuses I guess, but it just seems like everything is conspiring against me to keep me from exercising. >_<

You're doing well! Although no weight loss this week, we all have weeks where weight loss seems slow. I've lost over 70 pounds in 7 months and still there are weeks where the scales tell me I haven't lost any, and the next weeks I'll loose heaps.

Seriously, don't be too hard on yourself and think you are doing great. We have all had out days, trust me. I couldn't workout twice so far this past week and yes I felt a bit of guilt, but did have to remind myself that I have ben relatively good otherwise. In the end it all evens out!! :)

Girl, I feel ya on the exercise! I totally slacked this week! I had a sick kid home so I couldn't get my short runs in earlier in the week, and it went down from there!! Running is going to really hurt this week!!! But it's just a week, right? :)

I wish I could get enough drive to exercise.
Congrats on your success this far. Hopefully, you can get the pain figured out. It makes it hard to workout for sure.

37 lbs is AMAZING. I have my moments when I binge (usually PMS time), but I do try to eat healthy when I can. It's definitely not easy.
