Weekly Weigh-in # 25 and #26
Week: 25 and 26. (I didn't get a chance to do it last week.)
Weight loss this week: 3 pounds. :)
Total weight loss: 40.
Current weight: 200.
Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: Not great but better. Still working on the night binging.
Exercise habits this week: Still struggling to do it regularly. But sporadic is better than nothing, apparently.
