Weekly Weigh-in # 27 and #28


Week: 27 and 28.
Weight loss this week: 0.
Total weight loss: 40.
Current weight: 200.
Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: I think I did a lot better these past 2 weeks. Not as much overeating and binging on unhealthy things. I think because when I start over-eating, I try to do better the rest of the day, instead of scrapping that day and figuring I'll do better tomorrow.
Exercise habits this week: Still sporadic... But getting better, I think. I am trying to fit in at least a short work out right after Steven gets home from work every day, before we start dinner.

Hi Camille, it is great that you recognize if you binge and then stop and eat better the rest of the day. It really is impossible to be perfect on a diet but that you keep trying is great.

I am like you, I have a goal weight in mind but basically I want to be healthy...

Oh it is so very hard with binge eating and trust me I have my moments, too. This weekend we have been out and about a lot and I am so not weighing myself, because I have been eating food that is probably not the most healthy. Sometimes you just have to give yourself a pass, if that is the case. And seriously, you have been doing great and so glad you have even been able to fit a workout in before dinner. I have been slacking in that department, too since the end of the week, so hopefully get back into my routine sometime this week myself.

I find I eat much healthier in the summer. All the in season fruits really tempt me to indulge in those over other sweet treats. I am hoping I shed a few pounds because of this!

That's quite an accomplishment. I actually eat worse in the summer - with all the ice cream and stuff, but I try to get in some extra workouts.
