Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: I ate horribly these past 2 weeks! We were on the road, driving to and from Tennessee to visit my grandma, eating all kinds of fast food. Then my friend was visiting for the week and we just binged on ice cream and chocolate and everything.
Exercise habits this week: I did get out and go for walks and play at the park with the kids, does that count?
I'm trying a new medicine for my Eustachian Tube Dysfunction, and also applying a heating pad and sleeping elevated. So I'm optimistic about my ear pain letting up and allowing me to exercise more. :)
