Weekly Weigh-in Weeks 39 and 40

Week: 39 and 40.
Weight loss this week: 2.
Total weight loss: 46.
Current weight: 192.
Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: Things have been crazy. I ate a lot of fast food on the way to TN and there was a free breakfast bar at the hotel so I ate a lot more than I usually do for breakfast. But I also ate pretty healthy when I was at my aunts' house and I didn't really overeat. So I'd say I did pretty well. Oh, except for that box of chocolates, hahah. But that's what got me through the trip!!
Exercise habits this week: Didn't get a chance to actually work out but I have been going going going. This week I have a lot of doctor appointments, and I kind of feel like crap, so I don't know if I'll be able to exercise much. But I will definitely try to get at least some in.

I lost 8 pounds this week, I know, that is not healthy... that is what happens when your whole world tumbles down around you. I am slowly working at getting myself up right again so that I can get back to eating healthy.

Congratulations on losing another two pounds, that is awesome :)

I'm doing pretty good with my health goals. I've decided to start lowering the amount of creamer I use in the morning for my coffee. (I use an embarrassing amount. :( ) I usually have my hardest time when I'm pmsing and/or on my period. :/

Well done on your weight loss this week hun! I cannot believe I started this year 2 stone heavier than I am - you are an inspiration and having just joined the gym in the last week, I am hoping to contribute next week with a good weight loss :) Bring It On!
Sounds like you are doing great. It is so hard on the weekends & vacations, to eat healthy.

Losing two pounds while eating on the road without any workouts sounds like a victory to me! Good job!
