Weekly Weigh-in #19






Week: 19.
Weight loss this week: 3 pounds.
Total weight loss: 38.
Current weight: 202.
Weight goal: 160. (Or whenever I feel like I'm at a healthy weight.)
Eating habits this week: I've been doing a little better but still eating too many sweets. I have no idea how I lost weight, I guess it's the breastfeeding.
Exercise habits this week: I am ashamed to say I haven't been exercising. I've been so stressed and busy but who knows when that is going to change so even if this week is that way, I am still going to try to exercise. I should be able to fit in 20 minutes somewhere, no matter how crazy life is. I just need to stop making excuses and make this a priority.

PS I know I really need to catch up on replying to emails and reading everyones' blogs. I'm sorry if it seems like I'm ignoring everyone! Life is still kind of crazy. I feel like I'm adding things onto my to do list faster than I'm crossing things off. -_- It's funny because I was reading the to do list today and it said "find the rapist," and I was like what the...? I FINALLY figured out that I meant "find therapist," lol. I swear, I'm losing my mind!!


Thankful Thursday - I'm Back!

Today I'm thankful that my dental work is on it's way to being done! And I'm also happy to be back online!! What is everyone else grateful for today? :)

Short Hiatus

I decided I'm going to take the rest of the week off from the computer. I'm on antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection and they're making me really sick to my stomach. I've had bad allergies my whole life and apparently it's caused some damage to my ears and sinuses, which leaves me prone to infections. I'm trying to go a specialist to figure out what I can do about that, and I also have a dentist appointment, and basically life is just super crazy right now. Hopefully I'll be back online by Monday. I'll miss you guys, I hope you all have a great week!

My Motivation

My motivation for weight loss is getting physically and emotionally healthy. I have always loved to be active and do things like run my dogs, rollerblade, and hike. I want to share this fun with my kids but I haven't been able to for a while because I get winded. I always find myself sitting on a bench watching Kaylee play and I hate that. I want to get up and run around with her. And when she and Brynna get older, I want to take them hiking and biking and stuff like that. So I envision that being a reality, and that is my motivation to lose the weight. Also, I am a lot less likely to get depressed on days I exercise, so there is that added motivation!

Exercise habits this week: I have to admit, I didn't exercise much this week. I don''t know how I've lost weight. o_O

Visit To Grandma's :)

My grandma, holding Brynna. She has held many babies in our family, including me. I realize how amazing it is, when I stop to think about it.

Grandma's Yorkie, Maggie. She's used to being the baby so she was a little disgruntled at my grandma giving Brynn so much attention.
Kaylee could never live in an apartment. She feels compelled to run up and down the hallways, screaming.
My grandma has a strange sense of humor. It runs in the family. ;)
Kaylee made herself a dog bed.
She's pretending to be a dog and scratching her ear with her foot, lol.
For some reason, this game also required her to be shirtless. -_-
Geegee (that's what her great-grandkids calls her) and her kittens (that's her special nickname for my kids).
