Bumpdate!

11 Weeks

This week, baby is about the size of a lime. Wow, getting pretty big!

I've still been pretty sick. The Zofran is stopping me from vomiting for the most part so that's a big improvement at least. But I still don't have much of an appetite, I lost another pound this week. 6 pounds total. It's not like I'm underweight or anything, far from it. But this is definitely not the time or way I wanted to lose weight, so I really hope this lets up soon.

I still have no energy. I've been basically laying in bed, letting the kids watch tv all day or entertain themselves. I hate it, I feel like a terrible mom. All I cook for them is spaghetti and easy snacks. Luckily Kaylee has been stepping up and being super helpful, but I feel so bad. I can't wait until I can be a good mom again. :(

12 Weeks

Can't believe my little one is already the size of a plum this week! We're nearly at the end of the first trimester, yay!!!

I have been feeling a lot better this week. I still need to take Zofran to keep any food down but I'm starting to gain the weight I lost back. I have a bit more energy too. I'm still not doing many chores because I spend what energy I have on the kids. Poor Steven, I feel bad he has to come home from work and clean the house. But we'll get through it and hopefully I'll feel better in the second trimester.

13 Weeks

This week the first trimester is over! Baby is the size of a peach, and already has vocal cords and fingerprints.

I am really starting to feel better this week. Not anywhere near normal but much better than I have been. I can get most of the chores done, as long as I go slowly. I think Steven is pretty thrilled, lol.

I don't know if I mentioned this but I have had to pee so often for the past few weeks. I seriously wake up like 10 times a night to pee! I don't remember this happening in my previous pregnancies. It's obnoxious, I hope it doesn't keep up the whole pregnancy.

14 Weeks

This week, baby is the size of a lemon. Growing so fast! I think I actually felt it move this week!! Can't wait to feel definite kicks. :)

My nausea is no better, but as long as I eat and drink right after taking Zofran, I'm ok. I still have to pee every 5 seconds. -_- But my energy level is getting progressively better, so that's good!

I was going to have a prenatal appointment and blood work this week, but Kaylee ended up getting a concussion so I rescheduled everything else. She was playing and running around and somehow hit her head on the corner of a table. She is ok, she just has to take it easy for a bit (which she finds very challenging, lol). Hopefully on her checkup on Monday, they will say she's fine and can go back to school! She really misses it.

Aww, so sorry you have been feeling so sick and how I remember nausea from both my pregnancies and like you I was so sick and similar to you from 6 weeks until almost 21-22 weeks with both my girls. I just hope you start to feel better on this end soon and sending good vibes your way now.

I am sorry to hear Kaylee hurt herself.. that is one of my biggest fears, my child banging their head on a corner piece of furniture..

I also hope you start to feel better soon... that first trimester can be so tough. I remember how tough it is with all the nausea... get as much rest as you can with two children, I have been thinking of you xox

OH NO A CONCUSSION?! I'm so glad she's okay! That's awful! Yesterday morning Dylan lunged at me and I fell back and hit my head on the floor, I thought I was going to bleed from my brain or something. Head injuries are so scary. Ugh. You reminded me of the nausea of pregnancy and FJDHJKFH! Though it does pass so that's exciting...and you get a baby!!!!!!

Awwe. Such a cute baby bump! Sorry you aren't feeling well. I had all day sickness when I was pregnant. Were you this sick with the others? I hope Kaylee feels better too!

Oh, my gosh! Congrats on baby #3! My computer crashed and I lost a lot of the blog addresses that I like to visit and have been slowly adding them back. I can't believe I missed this, but I am so happy for you! I bet the girls are going to be thrilled with their new sibling. I hope the morning sickness passes soon. And poor Kaylee bumping her head! Hope it's all better now :) Can't wait to hear more about this pregnancy!

Oh fingers crossed that sickness starts to wear off soon, it's lousy feeling so rotten even if it is all worth it in the long run!

Aww! I hate that the first trimester has been so tough on you. I hope you are feeling better soon. I also hope that Kaylee is doing better as well. <3
Such a cute baby bump! I hope your nausea goes away soon! I lived on Zofran for 4 entire pregnancies, start to finish.
I hope Kaylee's head is feeling better!
